a+a training provides high quality training across a huge range of sectors and specialist areas. Every single course is run by practising senior clinicians, and is tailored to your individual needs. We have offices in the UK, India and Australia.

We set the standards in training, and pride ourselves on the services we offer all of our clients. We are both proactive and reactive. We design courses to be ready to train people to meet new legislation and requirements, as they become law. And we are also reactive to clients' needs. Once any client has identified a training need we have the capacity, the contacts and the resources to deliver exactly the course required.

There are many things that set us apart from other training providers. The most important of these are:

• All our training staff are practicing senior clinicians.
• Our theory based courses have 1 instructor to 10 trainees. On basic courses involving practical elements we have 1 instructor to 8 trainees. The industry standard is only 1 instructor to 12 trainees.
• On advanced skills courses the ratio is reduced to 1 instructor to 6, 3, or even 1 to 1, when required.
• We deliver the courses around you, on-site 24/7 at no extra cost. Which means that a+a clients have always been able to benefit from training as and when it suits them.
• As well as covering all the required generic content, our courses are tailored so that you and your staff will be trained on exactly what you need.

Our Quality Management System has been assessed by BSI Global as meeting the requirements of the new ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
