a+a training has today recieved confirmation from BSI Management Systems that, following a 2 day audit last week, we have successfully achieved the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. The accreditation process was rigorous with the auditor looking at and assessing our entire business processes from initial customer contact right through to course evaluation, feedback and invoicing. We have been scored against an international standard and have met its requirements.
This independent verification confirms what thousands of satisfied candidates have already experienced - there is only one place for quality healthcare training and that place is a+a training.
