A&A Training was established with one overriding objective, to provide high quality, relevant and professionally delivered training. Quality is synonymous to the A&A Training brand and all courses conform to legislation, follow up-to-date research and comply with the best practice guidelines. With offices both north and south of the border and a large database of highly skilled instructors, A&A can fulfil training requirements across the country.
Initially A&A accumulated clients mainly in the healthcare sector but their growth and success has led them into the delivery of training for a much wider range of companies in areas such as retail, construction and education.
A&A has responded to the Care Standards Act (2000), the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency’s Nursing Framework Agreements and the NHS Plan by setting up a range of mandatory courses, ranging from Basic Life Support and Moving and Handling to Management of Violence and Aggression.
