Improving clinical performance
In addition to the six core areas A&A provide various other services, namely one to one tuition which can be required in various situations including those of an urgent nature, where there has possibly been a complaint or concern shown about an individual members of staff. A&A will respond quickly to training requests and undertake one to one tuition and analysis in a tactful and professional manner. Other services include:
• Consultancy on policy and procedures
• Advice and support when investigating incidents
• Support when developing Patient Group Directives
• Risk assessments
• Clinical work with individual practitioners
• Advise on clinical governance
