Mandatory training
Measures specified by the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency, the Care Standards Act and the NHS Plan mean suppliers to the homecare environment, as well as the likes of locum agencies, must supply mandatory training to their employees or only employ staff who have mandatory certificates. A&A Training delivers all such mandatory subjects. For example, Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory annually as is Moving and Handling.
Apart from complying with mandatory content, all courses are tailor-made to suit a client’s own environment.
