Senior Instructors

“Senior Instructors are role models, provide support and guidance and aid the development of all instructors,” Andrew Le Grove Director of Operations.

A&A Training instructors can be found across the UK and hold professional qualifications to degree level or the equivalent in terms of experience. In addition to this, they are handpicked by the company Directors following a strict selection process.

Specific instructors are selected for each individual project in relation to their expertise and location, ensuring that training both in and out of the classroom is of the highest quality standards. A unique feature of the A&A service is that all healthcare instructors are senior clinicians still practicing within the healthcare industry.

Through taking a personal interest in all of the available courses, A&A can continually monitor and assess the instructors’ skills to ensure that they consistently exceed expectations. Feedback is valuable to A&A Training and is always obtained from students and then communicated back into the company and used as part of training and development.
