Scheduled courses for individuals
Due to popular request, A&A Training is now delivering courses for individual candidates as well as companies. We have a comprehensive Basic Life Support (BLS) course scheduled for the morning of Monday 27 October 2008, at Stanmore Hospital in north London. The price for this course is £75 including VAT and successful candidates will be awarded a certificate on the day.
A&A Training is also pleased to announce that we will be delivering another Intermediate Life Support (ILS) course on Wednesday 29 October 2008, also at Stanmore Hospital, between 9.00am and 5.00pm. The price of this course is £125 including VAT.

Some of the more popular A&A Training courses delivered to our business customers are listed and they all reflect current practice. We deliver many more courses and if you have a specific requirement please contact us to discuss your needs in detail so we can prepare a course that will be tailored to these needs.
A&A can provide training on site, at your venue or a location can be arranged to suit you, the client. A&A are also covered by full public liability insurance, employer’s liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
Most courses include theoretical sessions, and practical components. Theory sessions include current guidelines, research, personal experiences and best practice. These sessions are delivered utilising various forms of teaching to encourage candidate interaction, and to maximise learning, such as, PowerPoint presentations, questionnaires, group work, group presentations, flip charts, open discussion, open questioning and group reflection. Practice sessions in Moving and Handling for clinical staff, allow candidates to practice using moving and handling adjuncts, such as hoists and slide sheets.
